Revenue Generating
With regards to Auto Accident, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Disability, and other revenue generating cases our firm offers contingency fee arrangements that provide for the firm to receive an agreed upon percentage of an award in addition to out-pocket expenses advanced by the firm only in the event our clients receive a settlement, verdict, or award. In short, if you don’t get you paid, we don’t get paid.
Non-Revenue Generating
With regards to Criminal Cases, Estates, Real Estate Matters, Family Law and other non-revenue generating cases, we offer highly competitive hourly rates and upon request can quote flat fees for most matters so you can budget and know exactly what you will be paying.
